Our Guest Prep Area includes a private shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as a prep counter stocked with essentials like a hair dryer, lotion, deodorant, and Q-tips. 

Our Guest Relaxation Lounge offers a peaceful retreat to unwind after services. Take a moment to relax, sip on complimentary tea or water, and enjoy the soothing atmosphere. Whether you’ve just completed a session or need a moment to ground before heading out, this space is designed to support your wellness journey with calm and comfort.

All services at The Ritual Well are appointment based. We cannot guarantee walk-in appointment requests. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak hours, weekends, and when booking multiple services.

No worries! Just give us a call to let us know you’re on your way. Our services are appointment based with a designated start and end times. If you arrive late, you'll still have access to the remaining time of your scheduled session, but we must end at the originally booked time to honor the next guest's appointment. If you arrive too late for your service to be accommodated, it will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

We require a verbal 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations must be received via phone or voicemail. Same-day changes are unavailable. Guests who cancel within 24 hours or do not show will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service(s). Members who cancel within 24 hours or do not show will incur a cancellation fee.
