The Ritual of Infrared Sauna
A ritual of release, renewal, and restoration.
This is your invitation to soften, to slow down and let your body take the lead.
THIS ritual begins gently.
As full-spectrum infrared heat waves penetrate deep into muscles and tissues, your body begins to unwind. This isn’t just surface-level heat, it’s cellular. It moves inward, stimulating circulation, loosening tension, and encouraging a cleansing, purifying sweat from within.
You’re not just sitting in warmth, you’re letting go. Stress. Inflammation. Mental fog. Toxins. All held in the body, now offered a way out.

This is not just heat.
It’s a ritual of renewal, one that supports your nervous system, strengthens your resilience, and calls you home to yourself.

Ways to book your rituals:
The perfect way to try something new.
Book a single session to experience the pause and relief that comes with infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light, and massage therapy. Ideal for first-time guests or anyone looking for a moment of relief.
Wellness is better when shared together.
Bring a friend to join you in your infrared sauna or cold plunge session for a shared experience of renewal and connection.
Begin to build a wellness routine.
With a ritual 5 pack or bundled package you can save a little and return again and again — giving your mind and body the chance to feel what consistency creates. A great way to explore what ritual is right for you.
Support your wellness through ritual.
Memberships give you daily access to your chosen service to ritualize— whether a single-service membership (sauna, plunge, or red light) or a multi-service membership, that gives you more access to relief. It’s the easiest way to weave wellness into your everyday life in a way that fits you, your schedule, and your season of life.
The effect:
Infrared sauna warms the body from within, deep into tissues, joints, and cells to support your body’s natural healing processes.
This internal warmth helps boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote the release of stored toxins all while calming the nervous system and easing physical tension.
You’re not just sweating — you’re clearing.
Clinically, infrared therapy stimulates thermoregulation at the cellular level, improving mitochondrial function and enhancing oxygenation in tissues. This boosts ATP production, your body’s energy currency, while activating detox pathways through the lymphatic system and sweat glands. The result is improved metabolic efficiency, pain relief, and immune support.
With regular use, infrared sauna rituals can improve sleep, balance stress hormones, support immune health, and accelerate recovery.
This ritual gives your body the reset it’s often too busy to ask for, one that enhances your vitality and helps you feel more balanced, more relaxed, and more you.
What to expect:
Your infrared sauna ritual begins in a private, tranquil suite designed for stillness and restoration.
The space is warm, quiet, and dimly lit, inviting your nervous system to begin settling the moment you walk in.
Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared sauna heats your body from within. You’ll feel a gradual, soothing rise in internal warmth — like a deep exhale spreading through your muscles, loosening tension as you begin to sweat.
The experience is deeply meditative. Some guests listen to calming music or guided breathwork, while others sit in silence or bring a book. You might notice a gentle release as your body starts to let go — of heat, of stress, of mental clutter.
Sweat comes slower, deeper, and more intentionally than in a steam sauna. By the end, many guests describe feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed — as if they’ve emptied the stress they've been holding.
Infrared sauna is an ideal ritual for anyone seeking to release, restore, and rebalance.
Busy minds + tired bodies – When stress lingers and sleep feels out of reach, infrared heat calms the nervous system and encourages deep rest.
Inflammation + chronic pain – Gentle internal warmth promotes circulation, reduces inflammation, and eases joint and muscle discomfort.
Detox + renewal seekers – Regular sessions support natural detoxification, helping eliminate stored toxins through a deeper sweat.
Athletes + active bodies – Infrared heat aids muscle recovery and flexibility, making it an excellent post-workout ritual.
Whether you’re here to reset, recover, or simply feel more like you — this ritual meets you where you are and invites you back home.
It’s especially supportive for:

Before:
Hydrate well — Begin drinking water earlier in the day and arrive well-hydrated to support your body’s natural detoxification process.
Add chlorella — This gentle green algae can act as a binder, helping to capture and flush out toxins released during your session. We recommend taking it 30 minutes before your appointment.
Dress comfortably — Most guests sauna in the nude or wear a towel or light clothing (like a swimsuit). We provide towels and a robe to use between services.
During:
You’ll have a private suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, linens, and space to relax. Expect a gentle, enveloping warmth and sweat— deeper and more therapeutic than traditional heat.
We’ll offer a service orientation to guide you on the sauna usage, chromotherapy lighting and service timing. We’re here to guide you and support you.
Continue hydrating throughout your session to replenish hydration, as your body releases.
after:
Rehydrate — Sweating releases toxins, so replenishing with water and electrolytes is essential. Add an LMNT packet to your post sauna water to replenish minerals and hydration.
Enjoy the space — Rest in our lounge, take a cool shower, or continue your ritual with another service.
This is more than just a sweat. It’s a reset.
These pairings turn your session into a powerful ritual from the inside out.
-

-
red light before your infrared sauna for better heat tolerance or after for deeper recovery
Infrared sauna is a cocoon of warmth, a slow release of everything you’re ready to let go.

Yes — and often more! Infrared heat penetrates deeper at the cellular level, which results in a more detoxifying sweat at a lower, more comfortable temperature.

Wear what makes you comfortable. Some guests wear undergarments or a bathing suit, while others sauna in the nude to allow for even detoxification without any barriers.
-

Absolutely — scheduling an infrared sauna session before or after any other services enhances both relaxation and recovery benefits.
