Service Memberships:
All active service memberships allow one covered session per day, of each ritual included in your membership. If you’d like to book another service on the same day (not covered with your membership or repeat the same service), you’re welcome to do so at your discounted member rate.

Life happens — but accountability is part of the ritual. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booked session or don’t show up, a late cancel/no show fee will be charged for each booked session: $10 for Cold Plunge, $10 for Red Light, and $15 for Infrared Sauna. Booked sessions not covered with your membership will be charged at your discounted member rate and the paid session will be forfeited as payment.

Yes, you may change your membership type after the initial 3-month commitment has been fulfilled. Change requests must be emailed to hello@theritualwell.com at least 30 days prior to the next renewal date.

Yes, you may pause your membership for up to 30 days at one time after the initial 3-month commitment has been fulfilled. Membership perks and discounts are paused until your membership resumes.

Members who fail to provide the required 30-day notice for pause, cancelation, or change requests will be charged for any upcoming membership renewal payment within the 30-day notice period. Membership renewals are not available for refund.
