You’ll rest comfortably on the massage table beneath the full body red light panel. Once you’re comfortably settled and supported, the lights begin to glow and your body begins to receive.

You can relax and rest as waves of warm red and near-infrared light wash over you. There’s no noise, no intensity — just gentle light working below the surface to stimulate deep cellular healing. Most guests describe the session as calming, cozy, and meditative a moment of pause where the nervous system softens and the body feels deeply held.

  • Red light therapy feels warm, gentle, and calming. There’s no pain or discomfort — most guests describe it as deeply relaxing, like resting in soft, gentle sunlight. Our equipment is flicker-free and low-EMF for a safe, soothing experience.

  •  Wear what makes you comfortable. To receive the most benefit, you’ll want to expose the area being treated. Some guests wear undergarments while others do their session in the nude for full body exposure. Sessions are held in our private red light suite and protective eyewear is provided.

  • We offer 10 and 20 minute red light therapy sessions. Beginners can start with a 10 minute session to ensure no sensitivity to the light. Experienced users can book the 20 minute session.

  • We recommend starting with 2–3 sessions per week for the first 4–6 weeks. With consistent use, red light therapy may help reduce inflammation, improve skin clarity, speed recovery, and boost natural energy. Benefits build steadily with regular usage.

  • Absolutely. Red light therapy pairs beautifully with our other rituals. Red light before another service can help boost blood flow, warm up tissues, and relax your muscles — preparing your body to receive more from what comes next. Red light therapy after another service can offer additional support by reducing inflammation and promoting deep cellular healing.
